Returns & Replacements🌿 

Plant Orders

We do not accept returns on plants since live plants may not survive return transit.

However, we guarantee that every plant will arrive healthy and well-packed.

Please note: Some plants may appear slightly dull after shipping due to travel stress. With proper sunlight and watering, they’ll quickly recover to their natural, healthy state.

Non-Plant Products

We carefully select the best gardening accessories and supplies to enhance your plant experience.

If a non-plant item arrives damaged, or if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for unused or unopened items.

To start a return or exchange, contact our support team via email or WhatsApp.

Self-Return Instructions

If you’d like to return a non-plant product:

  1. Send the product back to us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Once we receive the item, we’ll send a replacement or process a refund to your original payment method.

  3. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
